Description

Capable to work directly with farmers.
Prepare Farmer List.
Farmers selection & group formation.
Capable to manage contract farming activities.
Conduct Farmers training.
Collect product directly from farmers.
Product quality check.
Having knowledge about seed & the use of pesticides.
Monitor field preparation, Irrigation & weeding.
Manage transportation system for product collection.
Monitor godown activities.
Prepare cultivation record.
Prepare weather records.
Maintain movement register.
Daily reporting.
Payment management through financial institutions.
Job Nature: Full-time

Educational Requirements: Diploma in Agriculture.

Experience Requirements: At least 1 year(s) in a related field.
